All orders ship from our warehouse in Fernelmont (province of Namur), where all 671 catalogue references are permanently in stock. Shipping costs are flat and shown excluding VAT, with no minimum order.

From €350 excluding VAT in your cart, shipping is free. The threshold is always calculated on the amount excluding VAT, whatever your VAT regime (including intra-Community customers under the reverse charge). A progress bar in the cart shows the remaining amount.
Refrigeration equipment and bulky orders: pallet delivery
Refrigerated cabinets, refrigerated counters, ice machines and other heavy equipment are delivered on a pallet by a specialised carrier, within 5 to 10 working days. The carrier will contact you to arrange a delivery appointment. Please ensure access is practicable for a lorry with a tail lift.
