Bitmap formats (PNG, JPG, screenshots, logos from websites or social media) are not accepted, as they do not allow faithful and professional reproduction.
Once the mockup has been approved, it is binding for production.
In the event of an error after approval (text, logo, colour, etc.), unfortunately we cannot be held responsible and a new production would be necessary.
This is why we invite you to carefully verify the mockup before approval.
