At what temperature should microfiber cloths be washed?
Our microfiber cloths can be machine washed at up to 60°C. This temperature is sufficient for complete disinfection and removes bacteria accumulated during service. Do not use fabric softener (it clogs the fibers and reduces absorbency). Do not tumble dry at high temperatures. With proper care, our cloths can withstand hundreds of washes without losing performance.
Which cloth size should I choose: 40x40 or 50x70 cm?
The 40 x 40 cm cloth is the standard everyday size: prep stations, small surfaces, general wiping. Its pack of 10 allows easy rotation. The 50 x 70 cm cloth is the large size for bigger surfaces: worktops, service tables, counters, stainless steel equipment. In professional kitchens, most establishments use both sizes.
