Frequently asked questions
Is the napkin included in the pouch?
Yes. All our cutlery pouches come with a white napkin already slipped inside — that is the white part showing on the photos. You only have to insert the cutlery.
Can I mix colours to get the free box?
No, and that is deliberate. The offer applies per colour: buy 5 boxes of the same colour, the 6th of that same colour is free — you get exactly what you chose. You can however take several sets in different colours in the same order; each one triggers its own free box.
And if I take ten, or fifteen?
The offer multiplies on its own: 5 boxes bought give 1 free, 10 give 2, 15 give 3. In pouches: 3 000 bought give 600. You do not have to ask, the basket handles it.
When does the offer end?
On 15 October 2026 at midnight. Fifteen days, not one more. After that the pouches stay on sale by the box at the normal price, but the free one no longer triggers.
Why is kraft not in the offer?
Because the stock does not allow a full set today. Kraft is still available by the box in the shop, it simply does not trigger the free one. The three colours on this page are available immediately.
What does the struck-through amount mean?
That is what the 6 boxes cost at the price shown in our shop today. You only pay for 5: the difference is exactly the price of the sixth box. It is not a former price, it is the value of what you take away.
How soon will I be delivered?
48 to 72 hours. We confirm the date when you order.
How much is delivery?
10 € excl. VAT in Belgium and Luxembourg, 15 € excl. VAT in France. Free from 300.00 € excl. VAT. One set alone stays below that threshold; two sets exceed it, and the table set-up above gets you there too.
How should I store them?
Dry, flat, in their box. It is paper: a damp store room or a crushed box under a pallet will warp them. Stored properly, they do not expire.
A colour shows as out of stock, when is it back?
We do not give a date we cannot keep. Call us: depending on the item we can often tell you where the restock stands, and we can set some aside on the next delivery.
Which VAT applies?
Belgian VAT of 21 % by default. For a company established outside Belgium with a valid intra-community VAT number, the invoice is issued without VAT (reverse charge). Enter your VAT number when ordering.
