Yes, conventional and fan ovens, up to 250 °C. That is precisely what it is made for: it conducts heat better than plastic and cooks more evenly.
No. Aluminium reflects microwaves and causes arcing. For a microwave dish you need a PP or PET container.
Yes, down to −40 °C. Aluminium does not become brittle in the cold, unlike some plastics.
We do not stock a lid for the R850L: wrap it in film for transport. The R9L, R28L, R13L, R45L and R2L sizes each have one.
