Which width should I choose: 300 mm or 450 mm?

The 300 mm (30 cm) is suitable for bowls, individual portions, and small containers. The 450 mm (45 cm) covers GN 1/1 gastronorm trays and large prep sheets. In professional kitchens, the 450 mm is the most commonly used format as it fits most equipment. Order both to cover all uses.

Can cling film be used in the microwave or freezer?

Freezer: yes. Our cling films withstand low temperatures and are perfect for cold storage and freezer use. Microwave: with caution. The film should not directly touch food during reheating — leave space between the film and the food, or pierce the film to allow steam to escape. For long microwave cooking, use a suitable lid instead.
