Seven black APET trays, from 165 x 95 mm to 261 x 190 mm, each supplied with its transparent lid in equal quantities. They cover the whole range from individual portions to boxes to share: 6 to 8 pieces in the smallest, 32 to 45 in the largest.

The transparent lid keeps the composition visible in a refrigerated display without opening the tray. APET is designed for cold storage and raw fish; it goes neither in the oven nor in the microwave.

Choosing the right size

Count the pieces before the millimetres. A lunch portion sits on 157 to 201 cm2, a full menu on 253 cm2, a tray to share on 385 cm2 and above. Buying two adjacent formats rather than one middle size usually costs less per portion served.

Sold by the carton of 400 sets (200 for the largest format), with no minimum order. Delivery in 2 to 3 working days in Belgium, free from 300 EUR excl. VAT.
