Four black polystyrene platters, 280 to 380 mm in diameter, each supplied with its transparent lid. They hold 30 to 40 pieces on the smallest and 60 to 75 on the largest, the formats used for catering, receptions and buffets.

Rigid polystyrene gives the platter the stiffness needed to be carried flat and stacked. Like the rectangular trays, they are made for cold display and are not oven- or microwave-safe.

Rectangular or round?

The round platter is a sharing format: it is presented on a table and served from. The rectangular tray is a transport format: it closes, stacks and travels. Per piece served, the round platter costs more, it is bought for the presentation, not for the unit price.
