Frequently asked questions
The kitchen towel is for drying: dishes, glassware and cutlery out of the sink. The cloth is for wiping and cleaning surfaces. The two are never mixed in a professional kitchen — that is a basic hygiene rule, not a matter of comfort.
Woven. The pattern comes from crossing dyed coloured yarns, not from a print laid on top of the fabric. It therefore does not fade in the wash and stays readable on both sides of the towel.
60 °C, as stated on the label. That is the wash temperature used in professional kitchens for linen in contact with dishes. The label states colourfast: no bleeding onto the rest of the laundry.

The yarn comes from reclaimed spinning waste, under Global Recycled Standard certification. In use, the towel behaves like a virgin cotton towel; the small flecks of colour in the weave come from the recycled yarn and are normal.
