Stromboli air freshener: how does it work with the programmable diffuser?

The Stromboli system works with two elements: 750 ml spray refills (Davania or Verbena Eucalyptus) and the programmable wall diffuser. The diffuser is mounted on the wall and automatically releases a fragrance dose at programmed intervals (every 5, 10, 15 or 30 minutes). You set operating hours according to your opening hours — the diffuser does not consume refill at night or on closed days. One 750 ml spray lasts 2 to 6 weeks depending on the programmed frequency. It is the most economical and consistent solution for a constant professional scent ambiance.

Which degreaser should I choose: V201, V200 or V202?

The three degreasers are complementary. V201 multi-purpose is the daily product: all surfaces, every day. V200 stronger degreaser is for weekly intensive cleaning: heavily soiled hoods, oven racks and stubborn dirt. V202 plancha degreaser is specialized for carbonized residues on planchas and grills after each service. Most kitchens keep V201 permanently and complement it with V200 or V202 depending on their equipment.

Why use blue wiping rolls in professional kitchens?

Blue wiping rolls are the professional kitchen standard for three reasons. First, the blue color does not exist in natural foods — a fragment of blue paper is immediately visually detectable in case of accidental contamination. Second, central-feed rolls are absorbent and resistant even when wet. Third, the dispenser format ensures hygienic distribution. What is pure ammonia used for in professional cleaning?

Pure ammonia 5L is the most economical and versatile degreaser on the professional market. Diluted at 20% in hot water, it removes the most stubborn cooked grease on hoods and ovens. Diluted at 2%, it cleans tiled floors. Diluted at 1%, it produces streak-free windows. One 5-liter container produces dozens of liters of cleaning solution. Absolute rule: never mix with bleach (toxic vapors).

What is the difference between Tana dishwasher detergent and chlorinated powder?

Tana Energy Uni (15L) is a concentrated liquid detergent compatible with most professional dishwashers. It is the standard washing product for clean and shiny results. Chlorinated dishwasher powder (10 kg) adds a disinfecting action thanks to active chlorine, recommended for institutions, nurseries and healthcare facilities requiring reinforced disinfection. For a standard restaurant, Tana Energy Uni is sufficient.

How to fight limescale in Belgium?

Water is moderately to very hard in most regions of Belgium. Limescale clogs dishwashers, dulls faucets and leaves white marks on glasses. Two complementary solutions: Calcstop 5L for descaling surfaces and faucets, and Regenit softening salt 25 kg in your dishwasher reservoir to prevent limescale deposits inside the machine.
