The green & yellow sponge is the standard for daily washing of dishes, countertops, and common surfaces. The yellow side washes, the green side scrubs light residue. The stainless steel scourer is reserved for intensive scrubbing of heavily soiled surfaces (oven racks, burnt pans). Caution: stainless steel scourers may scratch delicate surfaces (polished stainless steel, ceramic hobs) — for these, use Tana scouring cream.

V100/V102 cleaner or sanitiser: when to use which?

V100 (Floral) and V102 (Magnolia) cleaners are detergents for routine cleaning: floors, furniture, and washable surfaces. They clean and fragrance. Sanitisers (Surface and Jaguar M3) combine cleaning and disinfection — they are necessary for food-contact surfaces (worktops, preparation tables) and sensitive areas (restrooms). In professional kitchens: use V100/V102 cleaner for floors and furniture, and sanitiser for food-contact surfaces.
