1. Who processes your data

We are the controller for the processing of the data described below.

2. What data we collect

We only collect what is necessary:

  • Advertising forms (Facebook, Instagram): business name, email address, telephone number, business type, city.
  • Customer account and orders: billing and delivery details, VAT number, order and invoice history.
  • Contact: the content of the messages you send us.
  • Browsing: audience measurement and advertising data, only with your consent (see point 7).

We do not collect any sensitive data and we do not buy contact lists.

3. Why, and on what basis

  • Processing and delivering your orders — performance of the contract.
  • Sending you a welcome code or a commercial offer — your consent, given when filling in a form; withdrawable at any time.
  • Answering your enquiries — our legitimate interest in replying to you.
  • Accounting and tax obligations — legal obligation.
  • Audience measurement and advertising — your consent, via the cookie banner.

4. Who has access

Your data is neither sold nor rented. It is accessible to our team and shared only with:

  • Odoo S.A. — hosting of our website and management system (European Union).
  • Our carriers — only the data required for delivery.
  • Meta Platforms — if you fill in an advertising form or have accepted advertising cookies. This transfer may involve the United States, covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
  • Google Ireland Limited — for displaying our product listings on Google and, if you accepted optional cookies when placing an order, for the Google Customer Reviews programme: your email address, order number, delivery country and estimated delivery date are shared in order to offer you a satisfaction survey. This transfer may involve the United States, covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
  • Our accountant and our payment providers — for invoicing and payments.

5. How long we keep it

  • Prospects who have never ordered: 3 years after the last contact.
  • Customers: 10 years after the last order, the statutory accounting retention period.
  • Contact messages: 3 years.
  • Trackers and audience measurement: 13 months maximum.

6. Your rights

You may at any time request access to your data, its rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, or object to its use for marketing purposes. You may withdraw your consent without affecting processing carried out beforehand.

7. Cookies and trackers

Our website uses audience measurement cookies (Google Analytics) and advertising cookies (Meta Pixel). They are only triggered after your agreement, given via the banner shown on your first visit, and you can change that choice at any time.

The Google Customer Reviews opt-in module, offered after an order, is subject to the same agreement.

8. Security

The site is served over HTTPS and access to our management data is limited to those who need it. As no system is infallible, we would inform you without delay of any incident affecting your data.
