Frequently Asked Questions — Professional Aluminum Frying Pans
Which frying pan size should I choose for my restaurant?
In restaurants, the Ø28 cm is the most commonly used standard size: large enough for meats and sautéed dishes, yet easy to handle during fast-paced service. Complete your setup with a Ø20 cm pan for eggs and small portions, and a Ø32 or Ø36 cm pan for serving dishes. If you serve fish, the 36 cm oval fish pan is essential for fillets and portion-sized fish.
Are these frying pans induction compatible?
No. Aluminum is not a magnetic material and is therefore not induction compatible. Our Choc Access frying pans are compatible with gas, electric, and ceramic cooktops. If your kitchen is equipped with induction cooktops, contact us to discuss suitable alternatives.
